Fast installation is something that we take pride in at Acorn Stairlifts because we don’t want you to waste one more second being immobile. Usually, within 24 hours of your purchase, there is an installer on site ready to install your brand-new stairlift.

Installation
All Acorn stairlifts include a 12-month Manufacturer’s Guarantee. Once the initial year is over, you can choose to prolong your lift’s life with your choice of one out of our three additional coverage options.
Extended coverage includes services such as covering the cost of any repair required, as well as the cost to have a technician come out to your home to fix a problem. With Acorn aftercare, you are given priority.

- The installation itself can take as little as an hour for a straight stairlift and just a few hours for a curved one. Our skilled installation engineer will arrive with all the equipment they need on their van, which is a mobile stairlift workshop.

At a designated time that is convenient for you, a surveyor will come to your home. They will inspect the stairs in question to work out the logistics of installation, taking measurements and determining the right stairlift for your home and needs. The knowledgeable surveyors will go over any question you may have, and give you their expert opinions and recommendations. Remember that Acorn is here to help. Regular stairlift maintenance
Acorn Stairlifts have a well-earned reputation for reliability, but like any machine with moving parts they will benefit from regular routine maintenance. That's why we recommend that your stairlift is serviced every 12 months by one of our skilled stairlift servicing technicians, to ensure its optimum trouble-free performance for many years to come.

As well as ensuring your stairlift receives its recommended annual service, taking out an extended warranty will give you priority attention 365 days-a-year. It means that in the unlikely event of a breakdown, one of our technicians will attend to your home. The extended warranty also covers the cost of all callouts, parts and labour, with nothing more to pay.
